Ok, looked at both IN-B clipboard and the QU-E. We don't see how it's obvious what was actually changed--guess we're used to the sales order change report, where we can see it was this and now it's this. Not so obvious here. For example, I selected a part and changed just the type. Looked at the audit record and it shows the part #, my username, time and date (date listed as PO9/19/07 7B--what's the P and the 7B?), class and type. But how do I know what was changed here? I know I only changed the type, but there's no way to know by looking at this grid--it could be I changed both the type and the class. It needs to be a tad more obvious, since accounting will want to track several fields in an inventory record. Val
