I received a complaint this morning about an exploding RMA. Seems the user was entering an RMA and needed to back up and edit an address field. Instead of using the up-arrow key she moused into the field (yes, I know and she knows that TAS dosn't work that way, but...) and the module threw several errors and died. She is unhappy because SO-A is more forgiving. Instead of "exploding" and losing everything she has entered, SO-A throws a polite error and then lets her recover. She has now decided that she hates RMAs, DBA, Evo, IS Tech Support and their children.  
 
I know that this isn't a high priority problem, but fixing this would improve the flow of positive ions, bolster your karma, and align Evo's chi.
