SR-A entry issue
10/11/07 at 11:30:21

In SR-A if you enter in a Service Repair # manually the system will wipe out the default location.

Example in SD-Q (Sales I) you set the default location for service repair.  This works fine when adding a record in SR-A unless you enter in the Service Repair #.

If you let the system generate the SR # then the program will leave your location in tact.  If you type in the number it blanks the location and you have to type it in.

Not a big deal, but if it is a quick fix, it would be nice to have.

Thanks,

You scared me for a minute.  You mean it no longer pulls in the default S/R Location for the order, not that it wipes it off the system completely.  Phew!!!  And yes, we will get it fixed.
