AP-C Rounding Costs to nearest dime

Hello all,
 
I am having a problem with AP-C.  I go to enter invoices, and EVO is rounding the costs to the nearest dime.  I double-checked the purchase orders and they are still at the correct prices.  Is anyone having this problem, and is there a fix?

What update version?  Evo or Classic?  I don't have any other reports.
