Aging detail for one customer won't print

When trying to view aging detail for one particular(and maybe more that we haven't tried) customer on one particular computer, the Print "List" flashes and goes away so we can not view it.  Other customers' detail show up, and the detail for this customer shows up when we print all customer detail.  I get the List print for this customer on the screen on  a different computer.  All settings are the same and both are using the same program, T6arf.run.
??????  
 
PS using text format for the report.

Just out of curiosity can you print that customer not using a text format?
 
It maybe a bug in the txt reporting.

Hi Allen, yes it did print on the affected computer in graphical print mode, and after that it also printed in text!  It seems to be an intermittent problem, and only on this one computer.  When it is not printing the text report for one customer, that same report is printing on my computer.

I have also had intermittent problems with printing 1 customer with the aging.  It was always Graphic mode that I had the problem.  I have not been able to put my finger on any criteria that causes the failure.
 
What really needs work is the RTM for the aging in graphic mode.  The number columns are set to Centered so they do not line up, and the text fields are truncated such that it is hard to tell what is what.
 
For example, if there are deposits on an acocunt, the default description that gets assigned to a deposit does not completely show up in the aging.  This means that the sales order number at the end of this description gets truncated.

I agree with you about the rtm for aging-- that's why we always print in text format.  With our problem it is the text that we have noticed (maybe since that is how it is set up), and the graphical print worked this time... but maybe next time it won't work either.

I agree, I just fixed that issue on the RTM's at a customer site last week. I will send this to Mike to fix the RTM's to right justify the columns and see if there are any text fields that can be fixed (maybe a smaller font) or make the field longer on the RTM.
