I have nothing in the list in PR-F.  Where/how do I get 2007 tax tables??

That is strange. It seems like you should have some version....
 
I'd send mine except that I never got and installed it because I manually updated ours (one state only) before the ISTS one was available.

I found it on the IS Tech update page that you get when you click on the icon at the top of the Evo screen.
I take it that the Tax Table is only for Fed and state Income tax and not for FICA, Medicare  and SDI, FUTA and SUTA.  At least, as far as I could tell, the one I downloaded was only Income Tax.

Correct.  FICA, Medicare and the like are entered in PR-M and you have to update them yourself every year if the percentages or limits change.
