IN-L-E
10/31/07 at 10:41:05

I am trying to use IN-L-E to move the Average Cost into the Standard Cost for some Purchased Items.

On some items I get the following message box:

A matching record was not found during a related find.

I looked at the source program code for IN-L-E on the DBA disk.  IF I’m reading the IN-L-E program correctly, in paragraph “DO_RELATED” it looks like the message is a result of non-matching Item records on the BKICMSTR and MTICMSTR tables.  I have looked at both of the tables for the Items in question and they are on both BKICMSTR and MTICMSTR.

As a fix, it was suggested that I run SM-J-C.  It did not fix the error.

Anyone have a similiar problem?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

Where can I find the patch? I looked but didn't find it.

I'm getting the same message every time I start IN-L-E, and then nothing in the range get updated.

I'm on 7/14/07 Vers. Evo.

Thanks

Looks like the links to the old patches were turned off, so you'll either have to get the patch file from Mike or Allen or Lynn - or update to the 03/27/08 update.

Ya, Mike, I couldn't find wherever it was that they used to keep the fixes and patches either.  The Services button on the Product page is dead now -- it might have been there.

But I got my 3/28/08 EVO update to work the second time, so IN-L-E is working fine now.

Thanks.
