Should EVO offer Inventory Tag Printing?

I would love to see an EVO program added that would allow the creation of Inventory Tags.

My logic is that if EVO could create a "Tag Number" and tie it to the data in the frozen inventory table, then it would be fairly easy to edit the PI-C "Enter Tag Count" program to automatically pull in the part number based off the tag entered into PI-C.

This would be a significant time saver for the folks entering in year end inventory or any counts using this program.

Plus I am tired of exporting all the data from the frozen inventory files and manually creating tags.........then using PI-C to input them.

We have our scale programmed to increment tag # by one.  It prints out a special inventory tag.  (twice) one for the product, one for accounting.

We then import the scale data via DE-H.  Had to give up some of the detailed information, but it was worth not having to type in all the data.

I'd rather see some of the current printing capabilities ironed out, like the label printing, which we need and which doesn't seem to work in the Hand Held or in inventory.
