I don't know if I can do this legally or not....

I have a 5-user (which is the all-out maximum possible) Pervasive 10.0 / Summit Workgroup edition that I've decided not to use. 2000i C/S works fine on my SBS-R2 / XP-Pro setup. Note that if you have a machine that is only used as a server you will have effectively only 4 user licenses as the "server" takes one too.

List price is $250. I will sell it for $200 including shipping, still in the original shrink-wrapped package.

Just a quick note:

So long as it's still shrink wrapped almost no company would care if you sell the software.

If you unwrap it... well... you aren't SUPPOSED to sell it but that's a gray area. Technically you were licensed the software but that's a bunch of <Substance from the rear of a male cow>. So long as you uninstall the software you basically can resell it. EULA's usually are looked at as being about the value of used toilet paper, especially in Europe or anywhere but the US. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for selling used software but companies really don't want you to do it. The new owner can probably kiss any and all support goodbye.
