OK - I'm starting to lose it......
We have changed the settings in SD-Q (Items) so that Catergory Control and User Defined Control are both Y - which SUPPOSEDLY means that only entries in the Category master and User Defined master can be used as values, right??
 
Wrong - I can still enter anything I darn well please in either field in IN-B (on an existing item) - it doesn't care.
