If you need to know who's really logged in, either use the Pervasive Monitor to see users, which shows a true representation of who's logged in and what files are opened, or you can log into Evo as the Admin user and then use the "clear user" to see if they are actually loged off. Per the online help for Evo: Clear User – This simply clears a user from the Login Display file (as in the case of a "hung" entry. It does not actually affect the user’s status. If the user is in fact still logged in, then if the Users screen is closed and reopened after 10 seconds, the record will reappear. © IS Tech Support Inc. Hope that's somewhat helpful. I tend to stick with the Pervasive Monitor and not use the User Tools unless I need to disable logins for an update or maintenance. Val
