WO - J won't close

I have a work order that won't close it states "There are Open or Unposted Labor transactions against this WO.  Please use DC module to close.  A list of Open/Unposted transaction can be generated wity DC-D".  I tried DC-D and DBA locked up on me.  Is there any other way to force it closed?
 
I'm using DBA Classic Updated 2/17/08.

I have received the same message on two of my workorders and there are no unposted transactions for those workorders.  I've never been able to close those workorders.
