cathyh Active Member I used to be indecisive; now I'm not so sure...... Posts: 1210 Gender:	RMA return codes 04/16/08 at 13:22:50 When I am entering an RMA, and get to the return code field, it does not accept a valid code. It says the code I am entering is not a valid code even though I am picking from the list by doing a lookup. When I receive the item it lets me enter the code.
