Is there anyone out there that is using the hand held units for scan & ship that also uses lot control?  
 
If so, I am wondering if you run into the same issue we are having with lot numbers showing up fine when printing the verification after all items are scanned but then when posting an invoice – they don’t all show up.
 
I have verified all the “standard” issues such as making sure there is enough quantity of items and lots being used.  At first I knew it HAD to be user error because it is very random.  For example, I thought someone forgot to save or got in and out of the program…but I don’t think that those options really explain it.
 
We are on the 3/27/08 release but this also happened on the first hand held program release.
 
Any information that can help me determine what the cause is would be appreciated!

Sometimes we go back into SO-A to enter the freight because when it goes back to shipping, we don't know the freight fee yet.  When we do that we go into SO-A, bring up the header screen, save, and add freight.
 
THAT BEING SAID...
 
The first order that didn't show all lot numbers correctly after the last update, we did NOT go back into SO-A.  Shipping printed the verification sheet and saved the order in HH-A.  We then went to SO-F to print the invoice.  The invoice printed with only one out of five lot numbers.  We then had to enter lot numbers manually during posting.
 
????  I just can't find any consistency to the error.

This bug should be fixed with the latest HH-A program ISTS Date 05/08/08.
