Invalid "Ship Via"

Huh
I must have flipped a switch somewhere, but I now cannot enter any "Ship Via" infoe (UPSND, FedX, Etc) when adding new customers or editing old customers.  The error message is "Invalid Ship Via".  Okay, I am sure it is verrrryyyy easy to find, but I have not yet figured out where to enter this information.  Any ideas?

Thanks,

Dennis

In IS Tech Defaults, System Mgr, "Control Ship via Codes" you may have put a "Y" which means that you have to choose from list and can't add to the list on the fly.
You can enter ship via codes in SM-S.  The program is ISSHIPCO.RUN.  I believe I had to add it to the menu.  Or you can change the setting to "A" for add codes on the fly.

Cathy,

Thanks very much, it worked great.  I would have never figured this out on my own.
