Btrieve Error after 03/27/08 updates

I am having an issue with a Btrieve Error after installing the updates for DBA Classic & Evo-ERP.  The error message I get when a user from another workstation tries to log on to EVO is "The Btrieve Memo file (WBTRVMEMO.B) could not be opened and Btrieve memos will not be available."  Then EVO opens with a file open error, error 116.
 
Does anyone know what could have gone wrong during the update installation?

Error 116 is a peer to peer error indicating that the peer which is serving up the database files cannot be located. Either that machine is off, the firewall is blocking, or the locator file is pointing to the wrong place. If you aren't using peer to peer then something odd is going on. Maybe a locator file was added where it should not be.
