We downloaded and installed the new update on 5/5/08 and now our default settings for graphical forms has gone berserk.
We have 4 companies with 4 form numbers set to print with the respective logos.
(Company 1 - T6SOC1.RTM, Company 2 - T6SOC2.RTM, Company 3 - T6SOC3.RTM, Company 4 - T6SOC4.RTM)
Before updating we downloaed, unzipped and added logos to the new "en" forms. After the update we checked the defaults and each company had its own form number still loaded. However, all programs are ignoring the default numbers and giving form #2 as a first choice no matter what company you're using.
Now we have to go to each user's workstation and save a "Personal Setting" with the proper form number. If we use a "Global Setting" the form number becomes uniform across all companies.
We've gone through a lot of paper while people are trying to remember to look before they print. I'm sure every form on every workstation hasn't been reset properly because some forms haven't been run yet in every company.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there a patch for it?
