Year end commissions routine

We are looking at using this module but we have a lot of garbage in the data from previous tries-  the main problem files are in 2002. I need to clean this up before I start using it for real.  
Is there a way to purge certain salesperson's commissions from previous years?

I just realized that if I delete the sales person his records disappeared also so this works for me.
