Hi All-
I am using EVO for the first time and just playing around.  I tried entering a RMA and using the disposition send replacement parts.  A SO was properly generated and I ran it through the normal SO process to ship the products to the customer, all worked good but I have no clue as to where the cost of the parts I shipped came from, as it was not the BV of those parts on hand nor the original cost of the parts we sold......................anyone know where this cost is pulled from?
