Discrepancies

I have items that post in one screen and do not show in others. For example we rec eive something in and it shows in INV A and INV E (transactions), but it is not out there to onvoice and does not show on receiving report. Has anyone else experienced this.

I think I've seen it if you accidentally received it to QC. I'm not sure where it shows up but I know it is not able to be invoiced and I don't think it is on the receiving report either.  Check PO-J-B.

Cathy I have seen that as well. In PO screen there is a QA menu that allows you to buy off the QC receipt so it can be invoiced. My situation is where information shows in one screen and is completly missing in others causing problems.
