Maintain Grid Lookup Data files

We are trying Evo on a trial basis (and love it by the way)...Under the maintain grid lookup data files, no scroll down list exists.  However, I can manually enter a file name and it prompts me to create a new...are we missing something?

If you click the drop down on the right of the Grid Name box, you should get a list of the existing grids.  See http://www.istechforum.com/YaBB.pl?num=1177355447

I tried to click on the link in your reply, but it says I don't have access
 
When I click on the right side of the grid name box, nothing comes up...

I figured out how to bring the maintain grid lookup data files scroll down list back.  I did a grid maintenance and clicked on replace....brought them back!  Its amazing how clear things look on Monday morning!  Thanks for listening...
