PO archives
07/31/08 at 09:07:10

When I go to PO-I-B to print archived work orders I get the same list whether I say yes or no to the receiver or archived question.  I am pretty sure I have archived PO's (the list starts with 12/07 and we have used this module since 2002).  What is the archived PO's file so I can check....maybe I purged them also, although that was not my intention.

Later that same morning--
I looked at BKAPHPO and sure enough there are plenty of PO's listed there so there must be something wrong with the yes-no buttons in the closed order report.  The no is not taking me to the archived file.

I don't know if anyone noticed but I said work orders in the first sentence then switched to PO's.  Meanwhile I can't even reproduce what I was looking at but apparently it wasn't archived PO's because they print just fine now.
Brain fog after trying to read a 52 page (with amendments) government contract........
Sorry Allen and Mike for sending you on an apparent wild goose chase..  embarrassed
