Evo Help in .PDF?
08/04/08 at 14:26:38

Are there any other forms of Evo help files? The .HLP format no longer works in Vista so it makes it kind of difficult to get quick help for various topics, also the webhelp help files seem a bit out dated.

Our lead engineer wants to start doing RMA's and using the Estimation modules, so I printed what I could find from the Evo help file, but it wasn't too much. Is there another source of help online that we can use? The Wiki site is great, but it seems undertilized.

I know we can get specific answers here, but is there another general wealth of knowledge available? A PDF version of help would be nice.

I haven't, I guess we need training material of some sort, it'd be nice to be able to have someone available to answer any random question. I guess we'll have to call phone support. Really basic questions. Maybe the Wiki will get fleshed out in the near future, or something.

This is the place for basic questions. The search function works well to find older threads, but don't be afraid to ask away. Smiley
