Fatal error in AR-A

When adding new customer at AR-A the following error occurs -  
Fatal Err - File: T7ARA-SRC Line:1136
 
Any suggestions or fixes.

Which version?  Specifically, at the top of the AR-A screen, it will Say "AR-A Enter Customers  ISTS Enhancement" and a date.  What is the date?
