       AP-A (Enter Vendors) “RE – Receipts” Button
 
We are getting incorrect data for the receipts.  The program appears to accessing records from BKAPHPO which are correct.  It also appears to be accessing records from BKAPPO which are incorrect.  The BKAPPO records are open purchase order amounts, not received purchase order amounts.  When I click on the grid view buttons, the grids shown are all based on the BKAPPO file.  We need the grids based on the BKAPHPO file.
