Toolbars not accessible
08/27/08 at 12:01:06

We just updated with August and march updates.  When I go to the ADMIN logon the screens are Ok with toolbars, etc.  But when I go back to an individual user, their screens are still the old EVO.  I have gone into SD defaults and turned on SM-K for User setting to set up toolbars but they do not appear.  What else should I check?

I'm not sure I follow you about toolbars, but it is true that user menus do not automatically update to use new programs/versions. If you want users to have the new features available to them then you will need to update the program names on their menus. You can update all users to the new version of a program using the replace feature (upper left on user menu edit screen), but adding new programs/buttons needs to be done individually.

Where is the user menu edit screen?  Is it in system manager?

User menus can be edited in TAS-G or PS-G (2 places to get to the same program).  A list of the new program names is available at www.istechsupport.com/menu_changes.php.
