Looking for a means of totaling labor hours to inspect parts (adding Incoming Inspection with Inprocess Inspection) for each week for 1 – 12 weeks out for capacity planning
 
 Currently we compare our Open PO Report with time required to inspect the parts at Incoming Inspection.  We create a matrix based on open PO and estimated hours to inspect the part (based on history).
 
We compare the Open PO Inspection Labor Report against the Inprocess-Inspection Labor Report to look at capacity requirements.
