UpDt 8.4.08 P.O. Program Error (Read 1040 times)

Lori Browser Posts: 40 Gender:	UpDt 8.4.08 P.O. Program Error 09/16/08 at 12:16:58 Installed the update today. Went to PO-C to run the utility to 'move GL info and Promise Date to the proper fields'. I get the error message: Run program:\\wikknt\dbamfg\POLGLFIX.RUN was not found. Now what? We can't receive PO's until this utility runs. So far it is not affecting PO-A nor AP-C.

Also in the SD menu, we have a problem with -C PO defaults, -D Estimating defaults, and -P Customer Defaults. It says files: bkmdg.RUN, .bksdp.RUN, and bkmdk.RUN are not found. They all give the same error message of 00444847 at 0000014C.

Need to get this resolved asap, as we can't do any PO Receiving in this condition.

Program Error Reply #4 - 09/18/08 at 07:47:40 None of the program files should be in the Default folder. They should be in the main DBAMFG folder. Try reinstalling the update to the root DBAMFG folder
