We have been using this nifty program for making simple things, bag and tag operations, basically. Very nice. Recently we began using it in more areas and have discovered a "missing feature", which is that no facility is available for recording expiration dates in Lot number records. That brings to mind two questions:
 
Is adding that step costly? Should we be using something else, like paperless shop floor? Does paperless shop floor have a utility like QWO that allows creation, finished production, and entering traceability?
