Installing DBA classic on centos server

Can I move DBA Classic files from a Server that is operating under Netware 4.0 to one that is operated by Centos?

Other information:
Pervasive SQL version that we are currently using is 2000I.
Do we need to upgrade the Pervasive?

We are currently using network stations operating both windows 98 se and Windows XP
