Server 2008 Firewall settings for Pervasive V10
11/09/08 at 15:01:58
I am testing a DBA classic installation on a Windows Server 2008 64Bit with Pervasive V10 64Bit. I installed Pervasive 10 then installed DBA Classic V2002.4 as per instructions found on the Wiki and within this forum. When I have the firewall turned on in Windows Server 2008, my clients can not connect. I added a firewall exception for TCP and UDP port 1583 but the clients still can not connect. If I disable the Server firewall the clients connect fine. Does anybody know what other firewall settings I need to add?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Nevermind, just figured it out. 3351 for the transactional interface, 1583 for the relational interface, and 139 for named pipes. Guess I should have read the install notes first.
