You really don't want to.  To get an accurate value, use PO-J-B for the items in QC and add the value to IN-F.  If you say Y to include items in QC on IN-F, they will include the quantity in QC but at the current Average Cost, (which would be 0 for a new item that has never been received before) rather than the PO Cost received to QC.
