Delete a user in DBA 2004.1
12/16/08 at 09:18:04

I have just picked up system manager responsibilities for a DBA 2004.1 installation.  I notice that there are "authorized" users who are no longer with the company.  I would like to clean up the system by deleting them and it looks like there is a simple option in the pasword manager to do so, but am concerned that we might lose some history or have other unexpected results.

Is it as simple as deleting the user through the SystemManager PS-A function?  Will we lose any history or auditability?

Sorry if this is a repeated question and thanks for any help.

it is that simple.  DBA Classic has no user audit information capability anyhow.  Even if you were using Evo-ERP which has the user audit capability, deleting the user in PS-A would bot affect any of the historic information.
