Is there a minimum value necessary for MRP generation?
Such as the reorder amount, and reorder level, or will the system when a SO or WO is entered pick up the required material amounts and display it when a report is generated?

The system will always look at WO and their associated BOM and explode down through those BOMS to determine requirements.  Sales Orders and Forecasts will also be considered (exploded down through all BOM levels) depending whether you choose to include thwm when running MR-F
