Delete entries in RO-E
12/30/08 at 11:48:32

Trying to delete Tooling entries from Evo. There doesn't seem to be a way in the program to accomplish this. Is there some way to delete all the tools from the database manually?

I wouldn't mind wiping out all tooling entries.

Also is there a way to import into tooling from a CVS file?

You can use your Pervasive Control Center and delete all the entries manually

DELETE from TOOL

To import records you could use ms access and link the table "TOOL"

MTOOL_TOOL = Tool ID/Name
MTOOL_DESC = Tool Description
MTOOL_DATE = Date Last Maintenance (You must use format 2008-12-31)
MTOOL_NOTES_1 = Notes Row 1
MTOOL_NOTES_2 = Notes Row 2
MTOOL_PRTSMAINT = No Parts between Maint (Must be a Number)
MTOOL_NOPARTS = Parts Produce to DAte (Must be a Number)
