Printing W-2s

Has anyone had trouble printing W-2s?  I go into the program to print, go thru the whole process and the program blinks back to a menu.  In past years we have had no problem.  We did the 8/4/08 update.  Could this problem be related to something that was done or wasn't done correctly in this update?  Any ideas?

Has there been any resolution to this problem?  I'm experiencing the same.

I have had a few other Classic users report the same problem and loading the 2009 payroll update fixed it.
