We are trying to delete an item that was set up incorrectly in 2008.  We get an error msg stating that "Can not delete this part.  It has records in the physical inventory module".  We have checked and there is no history for this part.  It was never used.  It does show up on our 2008 PI report with a frozen and counted qty of 0.  How do we resolve this issue?
