Sub level system access rights

I have a user that needs access to CM-F and all the reports A-E which rollup on the submenu for CM-F. I've given him access to CM-F, but those reports under CM-F A-E are grey-ed out. His only other access within CM is E. Do I have to give him access to all of CM for him to see and use the sub menu to CM-F?

I have the same issue with IN-L sub A and SO-Q sub A.

Since you say they are "Grayed out" you must be referring to Classic rather than Evo. If you grant access to CM-F, you also have to use PS-B and grant access to the "Vendor Reports" line under the CM line. Similarly for IN-L or any other subreport option. The subreport list itself has a security line that needs to be individually set.
