Print BOM from BM-A Enter screen

After inputting a BOM it would be nice to be able to print it after saving it rather than having to back out to the BM menu.
We always print a copy for verification of input and to keep in the file with the drawing.

next update will have an Evo feature whereby users can (within limits that we set) link programs together so that saving an entry in one will automatically call another.  It will be up to you to establich the relationships between linked programs.
