User: "Name"  & Menu " Changing"

Everyone here has their own username and password for Evo. Each persons' menu access is setup according to the role and job duties they perform. Well it has been brought to my attention that two persons all of the sudden have access to EVERYTHING in EVO.

It happened again this morning and I noticed the information displayed at the bottom of the screen was User: " there name" and Menu: DEFAULT. I had the user change log in and his access was back to normal and the lower screen read User: "there name" and Menu" "there name".  I have no clue if this is happening to other persons who just haven't realized or if it is isolated to just these two persons. But it is not something that we want to happen as persons are able to see things that they shouldn't, such as salary information.

We have 20 users all running Windows XP Pro and Evo lives on a Windows 2003 standard Edition server.

Has anyone scene or heard of this happening before? Is there a fix?

Thanks in advance for any info and help!!!

Yes, it happens from time to time, probably due to log on collisions. The solution is to setup a Default user who has a bare minimum of things they can do, e.g. IN-A, SO-A, & WO-A. That way, if they do happen to get the Default they will notice right away and know enough to try logging in again.
