Changing to a new server in and of itself will not change anythingas far as reports are concerned.  Did you install a DBA update as part of the transfer or possibly install DBA and then copy over your data rather than follow the directions provided here and on the Wiki to install Pervasive and simply copy DBAMFG?  
 
At one point there was a DBA bug relating to multi-currency that was using 0 rather than 1 as a multiplier on some commission reports if you were not using multi-currency,  causing all the amounts to be 0.  It is fixed with the last DBA patches and IS Tech updates.
 
But more to the point, if you installed DBA from a CD and then copied in your data rather than copying the entire DBAMFG folder to the new server, then there is the possibility that your data and the programs are not in fact the same version which can cause other problems.
