What is the default we are supposed to change to accomplish this? Our default in DBA's SD-Q are set as follows:
contact master for quotes ....Y
Allow CM-A to make customer ...Y
Allow CM-A to access AR-A

I am trying to use SO-P-A to create a new quote for an existing customer. There is a list of "contacts" that come up but not a complete list of customers. I tried to enter the Customer ID and it wants to create a new *contact*. That info is present, but since this is a new conversion from an OLD DBA, maybe there is something else that has to be done?
Any ideas would be appreciated! Cannot do business if we cannot quote....
