Recur. Voucher, No Invoice No, run T7NUMDEF.RWN?
05/01/09 at 14:57:51

I entered a recurring voucher, left the voucher no. blank as the system normally assigns a number.  The first one is not scheduled to run until June.  When I go back and enter through, a msg pops up: The Name APRNUM was not found.  Please try running T7NUMDEF.RWN to initialize the file.

Where?? would I run this?  It is not recognized in UT-A nor UT-B (System MAnager.

What version are you on?  If it is 8/4/08 or later, the program should have run as part of the update process and if it is earlier, there is no need for it.

Are you getting similar messages in any other transfer programs such as CS-D, PR-H?

We are using 8/4/08 update.

CS-D works fine, I just did it.

We don't use the Payroll module.
