GL-O Error Reading Form

User running GL-O, goes to print, chooses the RTM and gets the following error:
 
Error Reading Form
Error reading PrinterNameEnter:  SaelectStart:  Out of system resources.  Ignore the error and continue?  NTOE:  Ignoring the error may cause components to be deleted or property values to
 
Ignore  Cancel  Ingore All
 
 
I instructed her to choose Ignore, let the report print to screen, then close it and exit out of Evo instead of posting and go back in to post.  She did that and she was fine.  She then changed companies and ran GL-O in the other company and got the same error at the same point. She did what I had instructed her the first time, and all was OK.  
 
I have had this reported by another staff member as well when in GL-O.
 
I also reported back in Janaury this same error coming up in Sales when printing an Acknowledgement, I believe.
 
There does not seem to be any way to determine what causes it.  I had her change to a different default printer to see if it was related to a specific network printer, but the same error came up with a different printer. The folks in sales were using a different printer as well.  It always occurs just after the RTM is selected.
 
Any ideas????
