AR and Retained earnings incorrect

After doing the 5-25-09 update I ran the UT-K-D.  I now have two accounts that are not correctly being displayed on my Balance sheet statments one is in retained earning of 6 years ago and the other is in the AR balance starting 3 years ago with the same amount in each following years plus current.  Can I make an adjustment to these two accounts somehow?  Current AR aging is correct and my crurent retained earnings account is correct.
I really do not want to go back to my backup and start all over doing the update.

Since the problems are both with Balance Sheet account, you can use UT-A, program EDITGL to make a one sided correcting entry.  You will have the edit the Open Period Start Date in AM-A to allow the backdated entry and then after saving the entries run UT-K-D again on the affected accounts.
