Hi - I need your expert advice on how to properly use the MFG module.  We have been using DBA/EVO for 6 years, but not correctly.   I currently pay for phone support and they are trying to help me with the way the system is suppose to work - but I would like to talk to someone who actually uses the work order system to help us improve our process.  We have burdened the system with mounds of paper work: too many work orders to track, clocking labor in and out, incorporating type B part numbers to reduce the amount of work orders, using routings correctly.
