We have an item in our database that shows up with a DELSENS flag when you run MR-G but according to all I am reading it should be set to be a DELAY. This caused us to receive in a shipment 4 months before we needed it .   Here some general info and our MRP setup for this part:
 
EXP BUFFER: 360
EXP SENS: 3
DEL BUFFER: 60
DEL SENS: 14
LEAD TIME: 50
CURRENT UOH: 845
REORDER LEVEL: 200
REORDER AMT: 417
 
The current PO has a req'd date of 6/1.  This PO is for 833 more units. [when we recieve in today we will have 1678 UOH]
Current allocations are for 357 units up till 10/13/09, where we have ANOTHER PO for 833 more units scheduled. This PO is recieving the DELAY flag and shows up on the MR-H [print order action report].  
 
Does anyone know why I have a rogue purchase order line that wont show up on MR-H? This is disturbing because I'd really like to be able to completely trust the computer system and I thought I had everything understood with the MRP. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a piece to the puzzle? I can print a .pdf copy or .jpg screenshot of my MRP if anyone wants to see it.
