Glitch in Adding Customer caused BIG problem

I had a glitch when adding a customer to AR-A. The account code then ended up in every customer in the Ship to field if that field was blank. That has happened before and I figured it was easy enough to fix - BUT looking at SO-Q-H this morning I noticed that the code also was in contract pricing. We do not use contract pricing at all (yet). I now have contract pricing for all my "price codes" with this particular customer code in all of them. So now I am thinking it might not be a easy fix. Any ideas of where to start?

UT-K-B can be used to fix it; I will email you the specific instructions.  But more to the point, how did it happen.  You said AR-A had a "glitch" - were there any error messages or anything?
