Prior to the last update, PS-A allowed the administrator to access the password of each login name. The new screen with the update does not allow this - it only allows for changing the password. Is there another way to access the passwords?

If you turned Encrypted passwords on. No there is no way to access them. If your you did not turn encrypted passwords on. Then running BKPSA should still work.

In the defaults, I have not checked permanent encryption - it is blank. The master program is calling for T7psa, not BKPSA

If you need to see the Passwords and the Encrypted passwords is still OFF. then you can run BKPSA.  T7PSA works with both encrypted and non encrypted, but like you said it does not show the password, you can only change it with T7PSA no more visibility.
