ISTECH Tool Bar Settings

I an have a problem with one workstation after updating the users to use T7INA.rwn. The tool bar does not show up anymore. Same users have the tool bar on other work stations and I have tried using SM-K to toggle it off and back on with no luck. Any suggestions?

Try Settings - US-A rather than SM-K.  The user menu may be calling the old SM-K program.
